    Experience the tranquility of nature at our Sweet and Serene Saturday morning practice hosted at Black Birch Vineyard, situated at 108 Straits Road, North Hatfield. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings as you breathe and flow through postures suitable for all levels, weather permitting. Don't forget to bring your own mat, towel, and any additional props for a fully personalized experience!
